We were called out to an emergency job recently where a sewer in a suspended ceiling had blocked and overflowed into the retail store below. The crew mobilised and entered the confined space via full breathing apparatus, cleaned to the overspill and cleared the blockage so the store could reopen. The area was fully decontaminated upon completion.
