Introducing Sewer & Drain Relining: The Optimal Solution for Pipe Rehabilitation

Sewer and Drain Relining is an innovative, trenchless technique that offers an efficient and cost-effective solution for the repair and rehabilitation of underground sewer and drainage systems. This cutting-edge method has gained prominence in the industry due to its low installation costs, swift execution, and minimal disruption to surrounding infrastructure such as traffic management and security.

Our Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining technology involves the utilization of a flexible, resin-impregnated tube to create a brand-new pipe within the existing one. The ambient cured liners boast a minimal site footprint, making them the ideal choice for accessing challenging, smaller diameter pipes.

Utilizing UV CIPP lining tubes composed of glass-reinforced fabrics and pre-impregnated with liquid resin, our method is tailored to suit the unique working environment of each pipe. The UV liner is expertly installed by winching it into position within the damaged host pipe. Upon placement, the liner is inflated with air, and a UV light train is strategically maneuvered through the lining to cure the material. Once the curing process is complete, the lining ends are carefully cut and trimmed, and any covered laterals are reopened using advanced robotic cutters.

Key Advantages of Sewer & Drain Relining:
